Nick Koumoutzis is the founder and lead consultant for his company, NCK Consulting. Nick brings many years of consulting, training and auditing experience in multiple facets of quality management and ISO based standards including:

Now heading up his own firm, Nick's experience, skills and know-how offer customers an opportunity to use outstanding quality experts for a wide variety of quality management system needs.
Education: Nick earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from the University of Toledo, and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Akron. Expertise: Nick is an expert in ISO9001, TS16949, Six Sigma and Lean training and implementation. A whiz at deploying SPC, quality tools, problem solving and analysis, Nick has assisted several manufacturing companies to develop and use metrics to gauge internal performance and reduce process variation. He also helped them develop and implement procedures to reduce operating cost and improve quality and productivity. His diverse background in manufacturing includes the injection molding, plating, industrial fasteners forging, electrical components and basic assemblies industries.
