CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

This will include participants to any of NCK Industries scheduled public classes, and where the participant has already paid for the class. Purchasing courses via Purchase Order is not allowed at this point. All cancellations and reschedules must be notified over email.

A) CANCELLATIONS / RESCHEDULES OF LIVE COURSES BY CUSTOMER:

Cancellations within 5 days prior to class and no-shows would not be offered a refund and the amount would be credited to a future training.

Requests to reschedule received more than 15 days from the start of a class would be credited to a future training date.

Requests to reschedule less than 10 days would be credited to a future training. A 10% of the registration fee will be charged for rescheduling.

Participant substitutions may be made at any time prior to assignment of course material.

Participants canceling or not attending would not be offered a refund nor will the amount be credited to a future training.

B) CANCELLATIONS / RESCHEDULES OF LIVE COURSES BY NCK CONSULTING:

NCK Industries reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a class at any time, including but not limited to, insufficient attendance, classroom or trainer unavailability, or if the trainer could not attend due to unforeseen circumstances.

NCK Industries is not liable for any direct, indirect, or other collateral damages that may be incurred due to a cancellation of a scheduled class, including, but not limited to airfare, lodging, lost wages, travel expenses, or other incidental costs incurred by participants.

Applicants will not be charged for the training and will be offered full credit to a future workshop or full refund as per the direction of the applicant.

CANCELLATIONS BY CUSTOMER

• For all e-learning/ self-study courses, once a participant is enrolled, no refund can be processed.
• For all exam voucher, once issued, no refund can be processed.
• For Live online courses, once the training materials are assigned to a participant, no refund can be processed.

TRANSACTION FEES:

If a refund is processes, when purchasing via Credit Card or Bank Transfers, a 6% transaction fee will be added, due to bank charges / foreign exchange differences, and order processing fees, applicable during the refund process.

PRICING DISCLAIMER

NCK Industries reserves the right to make adjustments due to changing market conditions, course discontinuation, provider’s price changes, errors in advertisements and other extenuating circumstances on all prices, products and offers. However the price you paid at the time of purchase still holds for you. Information contained on the company website may be changed at any time without prior notification or obligation. Purchasing courses via Purchase Order is not allowed at this point.
